Though we understand that no matter what we do, no pair of sunglasses is completely indestructible. If your sunglasses somehow accidentally break within the first 6 months from when you placed your order, we will replace them once for free and cover shipping!!

1. Please send us an email to customerservice@fedthrill.com with "Broken" in the heading along with your order number (found on your receipt). In the email, please attach a picture of the broken product (must be able to see the break and the Fed Thrill logo) and your shipping address.

2. We will then confirm the picture with your order history, and send you an identical pair FREE of charge.

3. That's it, Fed Thrill will cover the cost of the replacement product's shipping.

We offer a no questions asked, 5 day return policy from the day you receive your order. Not only will we give you a full refund, we will cover shipping both ways!! Here is how you do it:

1. Order a pair of Fed Thrill sunglasses on www.fedthrill.com

2. Try on your awesome shades that we are confident you’ll love.

3. In the rare event that you don’t love them, send us an email at customerservice@fedthrill.com. Include your name and invoice number (on receipt) and we will email you a prepaid shipping label on us.

4. Pack your glasses and all accessories back in the box the way you received them. Apply the label and mail back. Product must postmarked within 5 days of the date you received the product.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days which includes product plus applicable shipping charges. If for some reason, it does not appear on your statement after 10 business days, please contact us.
